SUPER close to the train station, which is great if you're in Furano to see the flower fields or go tripping around. Also, lots of nice izakaya around. I also liked that there was space beneath the beds to store your larger pieces of luggage. The kitchen was also great.

The staff was really nice, location is perfectly accessible from Furano station and it was really clean. Since it's a Hostel it has a big kitchen and it was really clean too. You can also rent bikes.

Friendly check-in Comfortable capsule like bunk beds with curtain. Temperature was ok for me, but could be slightly hot for some and maybe in top bunks. Air circulation is probably all that is needed as it's cool in communal areas. Awesome clean showers - never busy Lockers for valuables Ski bus outside door (although first bus only goes to Kitanomine side) Easy walk to anywhere in town. It wasn't too noisy for me, but luckily no snorers until the last night. Tap water tastes good I would stay here again.

The location of Hostel Tomar is near the JR Furano Station and there are many nice restaurants within a 5-15min walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided many great recommendations on places to visit and eat. Hostel Tomar also has many facilities including a big shared kitchen and a rooftop bar that opens in the summer. You could also rent bicycles to explore the area at an affordable price. Overall, the hostel is clean and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that the guests' stay is comfortable

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Great modern facilities, plenty of space both in the room and common areas, nicely located near the main station and bus stops, nice prices for their rental bikes... and best of all, very helpful and welcoming staff. I recommend renting a bike and enjoying the mountain views while you explore the surrounding area. I'll definetly come back if I have the chance :)

Lots of facilities like shared bathrooms and kitchens - no queuing or crowded feeling. Lots of places to relax and hang out. Clean and great location near the station and lots of eateries. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and my kids loved the kid-friendly area in the cafe. Chuo Bus to Sapporo stops literally at the doorstep! Super convenient on our way back especially with luggage

It was a few minutes walk from the main furano station. Had a great coffee shop on the first floor. Also they had a kitchen with full of facilities in case you want to cook by yourself. Shower and bathroom were really clean.

Modern facilities, clean, comfortable. Thoughtful & Well equipped with everything we need; more than enough toilets, shower, kitchen facilities, living area, etc. Very convenient with bus stop in front & big supermarket & restaurants nearby. However, the price is a bit high for hostel facilities. Overall - a good hostel, Recommend

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great - very close to the train station and several buses leave at the door step or just around the corner to the ski resort and other towns near by. The female dorm is phenomenal - very clean, enough room for storage (I had a lot of luggage) and a possibility for privacy! The shared bathroom, toilets and washroom were very clean and well equipped. The common area downstairs is great and one is welcome to hang out even without consuming something the whole time :) the breakfast was good - a bit pricey in comparison to the stay! Overall excellent value for the price you pay!
